Voyantis Ltd. ("we" or the "Company") provides business who use our proprietary technology ("Customers"), with analyses and recommendations based on the engagement of customers ("Users") with the Customer's products, digital and non-digital assets, and marketing campaigns. For such purpose, the Company collect information from the Customer's Facebook account to analyze Facebook marketing campaign information, and provide recommendations on the basis of such information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices with respect to the collection and use of such information collected from a Customer's Facebook account (the "Account").

What type of information we process
Company processes information provided from Company's Customers through Facebook APIs and other integrations. The information includes non-identifiable information pertaining to the campaigns and adsets, and does not include information identifying Users. The data collected is as follows: Information regarding the relevant campaigns of the Customer, including campaign ID, campaign name, campaign objective, total app installs caused by this campaign, total mobile purchases caused by this campaign, etc. Information regarding the relevant ad set of the Customer, including adset id, adset name, budget remaining for the adset, daily budget for this adset, status of the adset, etc.

How we use the information We use the information collected hereunder in the manners described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the purposes listed above, the information we collect is being used for any of the following purposes:
To provide our services to Customers
To support and troubleshoot our services
To investigate violations and enforce our policies, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or respond to a government request.

With whom we share the information
We do not rent, sell, or share any information collected hereunder with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We share information collected from a Customer account with the particular Customer from whom the information was collected in order to provide our Services. In addition, in order to provide our Services, we may share Personal Information with (i) affiliated companies within the Company group of companies, as listed below; (ii) our service providers, in connection with performance of our services, e.g. cloud web services for storing information on our behalf or processing information. All third party services are evaluated and must be approved by the Company security team before integration. We remain liable to you in the event of such data transfers. We may also disclose information submitted via the services if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (ii) enforce our policies, including investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) investigate, detect, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or other wrongdoing, suspected fraud or security issues; (iv) to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; (v) prevent harm to the rights, property or safety of us, the Customers, the Users or any third party; or (vi) for the purpose of collaborating with law enforcement agencies and/or in case we find it necessary in order to enforce intellectual property or other legal rights. Except for transfers to authorities under section (i) or (vi) above, we remain primarily liable towards Customers for any third party to which we transfer the data.

Updates or amendments to the Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, and the most current version will always be posted on our website (as reflected in the "Last Revised" heading).
