What Type Of Data We Handle?
Data we use for AI
We use anonymized, non-PII data exclusively for machine learning purposes, ensuring GDPR compliance by not processing or collecting any personal identifiable information.
Data we don't use ever
Names, IP address, Email, Phone Numbers, Payment Information or any other PII data.
How do we store data?
Voyantis employs rigorous security standards and practices, utilizing a multi-layered approach to safeguard customer data.
Our AI/machine learning service runs on servers hosted on our cloud providers (AWS) and Snowflake in US . All data is always encrypted at rest using AWS standard encryption methods (EBS volume encryption, S3 bucket encryption, etc.) and Snowflake’s built-in encryption, and in transit using AWS and Snowflake standard APIs (HTTPS-enforced).
Data from each customer is stored in separate database. Each customer's data is processed on a distinct processing unit specifically provisioned for the processing work.
